Serl & Keefer, Certified Public Accountants, was formed in 1995 when the professional corporations of Kathryn F. Serl and Shelby M. Keefer joined forces. The firm provides accounting, tax and consulting services to a wide variety of small to medium sized businesses and individuals.
The partners are both members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants.
The firm is a participant in the Peer Review program required for membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and received an unqualified (good) opinion on its review dated December 31, 2001. The program requires another CPA firm to review our systems, files and reports to verify our compliance with professional standards every three years.
The firm, through its partners, is a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.
